Krist Cummings,,Lucid Dreams

I'm wrapping up the interview with BoyCrush and ToeGasms model Andy Kay. Andy tells me he has to take a model to the Airport in the morning so we break off for the night. The next day I learn the model actually took a Taxi because he and Andy stayed up too late.

Then DeWayne calls and tells me I have a gay twink porn star here in San Antonio. "No way!" I say. I think I would have known that. [Obviously I did not! Thank you gentle reader for pointing that out.] More than that, he is, an Anarchy Championship Wrestling, Hardcore Title Belt Holder named Drew Lucid or by his porn name, Krist Cummings.

This is either another weird SoCal April fools joke or…. Well, it turned out to be real. The guy Andy Kay was to take to the Airport was this same Krist Cummings, Boycrush model for over a year, who lives on the same side of town not far from me.

I made initial contact through MySpace, then E-mail and then phone. Then I attended one of his matches with two of my sons. The next weekend, my two other sons and I took Krist to Six Flags here in San Antonio and a movie. Krist and I started the interview process with some enhancements; my own photography and video. Another match was attended before the written interview was completed.

Since that time we have spent about 12 hours doing still photography, nothing but PG. That is a lot of time. I like Krist. We are both soft spoken, easy going guys, not set out to rock any boats, just help rock the world in our own small way. Despite that, we were stopped by the San Antonio Police Department and I had to lay down my camera monopod on the ground because some street cop thought it could be a lethal weapon. He was obviously not a native Texan. We were within shooting distance of the Alamo and Bonham Exchange (upscale gay nightclub) at the time.


We were also kicked out of an Art Museum because the manager did not like my small tripod. I had checked the big tripod at the desk as well as my additional lenses and filters. All the guards were extremely friendly and kind, they were also clearly embarrassed at having to enforce new rules made up on the spot over the radio. Somebody behind the security cameras had some issues. So if you see pictures in this post of a bronze butt boy, those are not allowed. Please do not take any more of those or distribute them in any way.

I cannot describe how much of a pleasure it has been getting to know Krist Cummings. A day together at Six Flags, a couple of title matches he won with injuries, a couple of long model photo sessions together and some adventures with 'authorities,' hell yes he is my friend. I am proud to present to you my written interview with adult video actor, Krist Cummings who is also a Title Belt Holding Professional Wrestler, Drew Lucid.


Albert, “Krist, please tell us about yourself.”

Krist, “Where should I begin? Perhaps with a long time ago. I grew up in the little capital city of Lincoln, Nebraska. I have one older brother, then just my mom and pop. We lived in Lincoln till I was fourteen, and then moved to San Antonio, Texas. I’ve always been a small guy to which I am 5’4’’ and weigh about 125 lbs.”

Albert, “And at 5’4’’ you are the Anarchy Championship Wrestling, ‘Hardcore’ title belt holder. How did you get to this point?”

Krist, “I have been in love with Professional Wrestling since I was a child. I’d been watching for a long time and upon moving to San Antonio I found out about Independent Wrestling. I saw a TV spot for a local promotion and then started going to shows. I went to this tattoo parlor to buy tickets and the guy I bought them from said he’d see me there.

I did not know heads or tails of what he meant. Once I was there, I saw him come out and perform in the ring and I was blown away. I sought him out after the show and talked about wanting to wrestle. This was back in 03. I kept in contact with him for the next 4 years. He messaged me in regards to if I still wanted to wrestle. I replied with a, ‘Hell yes!’
From then on out, I’ve been working for ‘Anarchy Championship Wrestling’ and training to wrestle for the past year or so.”

Albert, “You are also not new in porn. When did you start getting involved in that?”

Krist, “Actually since I was real little and found out about what porn is. I can remember wanting to be a part of it. After turning 19, I took a shot and submitted an application to Boycrush.com and here I am today. Its been just over a year now and I couldn’t be any happier with my accomplishments.”

Albert, “I need to ask, who or what in porn inspired you? Is there somebody you model yourself after or hope to work with?”

Krist, “I’m not sure of any inspirations or a name I could give you. I’ve just been a wild child and sought out after what I want in life. As for adult film role-models, I don’t believe I really have any. There are numerous models that I find hot and would love to work with. Whether in front of the camera, behind the lens, or some other deal.”

Albert, “OK, are there any particular role models you admire in Professional Wrestling? Have you met any major stars?”

Krist, “I have yet to meet any of the major stars? However there are so many names I admire within the wrestling business. A star in my eyes and the Promoter of Anarchy Championship Wrestling would be Darin Childs. He broke his back in 2003 and for the love of wrestling and his passion; he came back and still wrestles today! The list of top end stars that I admire and would love to meet and talk to is unending. The wrestlers that come back from career threatening injuries are who I admire the most!”

Albert, “What kind of training routine do you follow for wrestling?”

Krist, “At home I do squats, push-ups, sit-ups, and crunches basically every day. I try to hit the gym at least twice a week and work with free weights and machines. However the only way to get into ‘in-ring’ shape is by working out in the ring.”

Albert, “I’ve watched you get hurt defending your title belt. What kind of injuries have you had?”

Krist, “I have dislocated both of my shoulders, fractured my left wrist, fractured my right hand, multiple concussions, various gash wounds, sprained ankles, and some internal injuries. All of that has happened within my first year in the business. For the gash wounds, the one you saw was from a chair shot to the head and got busted open. The gash wounds on my shoulder and right hand, well, they are from wrestling on electrified light tubes.

Obviously I got cut and slashed up from wrestling on the broken glass. I got internal injuries at ACW’s anniversary show. I took a front bump, basically landing on the front side of my body, from a 15 ft. high balcony down to the stone floor through a barbed wire board. I could ramble on and on about wrestling and each injury is different. The one thing that’s guaranteed with wrestling is injuries, so you got to roll with it.”

Albert, “That is true with you around. At the August match here in San Antonio, I saw your left knee get dislocated and pop back into place. The announcer told me during the break that there is always some drama when Lucid get‘s in the ring. The guys that I was talking at the time, really respect you and your work.

On the adult stage, what or your preferences?”

Krist, “Its no secret that I love to get railed by hung models. So the answer is, I love to bottom. I will top as well if need be, however I love being a bottom boy!”

Albert, “We are alike in that area! Do you have a regular partner?”

Krist, “I do not have a partner in my life, and prospects come and go. Wrestling is very demanding and takes its toll on any kind of relationship. For the most part I have sacrificed having a love life for wrestling. That aside, I find it very hard to find someone that will stand by me, and that I can share wrestling with. I’m getting hurt and I am hurt all the time. Very few will stand by and be okay with watching me get wrecked basically.”

Albert, “Do you live with your family? Do they know about your adult work? Do they know about your wrestling?”

Krist, “I do not live with my family anymore. Currently I’m living with a room-mate in an apartment. As far as them knowing about the adult work, simply enough, they don’t as of yet. They do know that I wrestle and that’s about enough for them. The sharing of my life with the rest of my family is quite complicated.”

Albert, “Does anyone in your wrestling circles know about your adult work? How do you think this exposure will affect the way you are treated in the locker room and in the ring?”

Krist, “Actually everyone in ACW knows that I am gay and do adult work and are completely cool with it. The lot of the wrestlers that work in ACW are quite liberal. I sometimes find myself describing it like ‘Never Never Land,’ and everyone could be considered, ‘The Lost Boys.’ It just rings family and acceptance. As for the exposure, I’m sure they will all be happy for me.”

Albert, “I have seen that. When you get hurt, people are really concerned. It is a very familiar group of people. What is the banter and atmosphere like in the locker room?”

Krist, “I wish to not disclose any information regarding backstage and locker room banter. I will say that the atmosphere is a great and fun one to be around!”

Albert, “How would you compare it to the set of an adult shoot?”

Krist, “Each atmosphere contrasts to a great degree, and both I find enjoyable.”

Albert, “What are your goals in Professional Wrestling and in adult film?”

Krist, “My goal is to do both as long as possible. I plan to save as much as possible and live comfortably by supporting myself between any entertainment field I choose.”

Albert, “Would you describe any of your adult scenes as particularly memorable?”

Krist, “I have two scenes in mind, both filmed by Boycrush. The first is with Andy Kay, Jackson Miller and I which was a ‘DP’ scene. I loved every minute of that shoot. The second scene is yet to be released. It is a bondage scene with Brandon White. My favorite part of that scene was being handcuffed to a chain hanging from the ceiling, and basically a mod missionary but levitating above the bed. He was so cute and he fucked my brains out!”

Albert, “Do you watch porn and what do you prefer?”

Krist, “I will watch porn, but its hard to watch anything with models I’ve worked with. My favs to watch are feet and piss play. Lets just say my selection is diverse and complex.”

Albert, “Do you have any interest in stepping out of the twink genre?”

Krist, “I will not say that I don’t plan to, however who knows what the future holds. I am still just starting out with each of my careers. Right now I’m trying to find a good balance between the two. It’s quite possible that I may expand model wise, or even step behind the camera. Maybe one day I could be wrestling on TV. The one thing that is for sure, is that nothing’s for sure!”

Albert, “Aside from Professional Wrestling and adult film, what other interests do you have? What else do you do for fun?”

Krist, “When inspired I write poetry quite a bit. A hobby of mine is juggling. I also love to watch movies. Something to throw into the mix, is that I’ve decided to pick up music again, relearn the guitar and make songs. For the most part, I’m a very simple guy, easily entertained. I’ve always been fine with doing nothing, sitting back and just relaxing.”

Thanks Albert and Krist for a great interview you really take the time do this right and your photography really captures Krist.

I subscribed to BoyCrush back in June and Krist was one of the models who stood out in a fine boy crush of young men. I read his comments on the BoyCrush forums and it was very apparent he wanted to share his passion for wrestling with his porn fan's. I was intrigued by this young pornstar so passionate and sexually real in bed who is this strong,committed pro wrestler!

Krist calls himself the Original Hardcore Twink, hell no one will challenge this young champion for that title!
