Soldier Guilty In HIV Case

(Fort Bragg, North Carolina) An HIV-positive paratrooper pleaded guilty to assault Thursday for knowingly having unprotected sex with a male teenager he met online.
Pfc. Johnny Lamar Dalton, who is a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, entered his plea during a court-martial at Fort Bragg.
A military judge sentenced Dalton, 25, to 40 months in prison. The sentence included a reduction in rank and a dishonorable discharge.
Dalton was ordered last November not to have unprotected sex after he was found to have HIV. State law also prohibits a person infected with HIV from having sex unless condoms are used and sexual partners are notified.
Doctors discovered the 17-year-old had HIV during a routine blood test, and his mother notified the military.
Dalton also pleaded guilty to violating a direct order, aggravated assault, committing an indecent act and using marijuana.

Dirty Bird Pictures is a new feature film division of Pink Bird Media, the parent company of producer Dink Flamingo’s Active Duty line, which produces amateur gay military movies.
“The Porne Ultimatum” is loosely based on Robert Ludlum’s “Bourne” novels and mainstream films and features Flamingo’s “new heartthrob,” Active Duty exclusive Kaden Saylor in the Jason Bourne role, played by Matt Damon in the mainstream series.
“Kaden was a total professional during the shoot,” said director Mike Donner, who also wrote the screenplay. “You’d never know that this was his first time in front of a large production crew. He took direction beautifully.”
“It was intimidating at first,” Saylor said. “But everyone was so nice, I got used to it. Everyone was understanding and helpful.”
In addition to Saylor, “The Porne Ultimatum” features well-known performers Brent Corrigan, Mason Wyler, Barrett Long and Brant Moore; completing the cast were Flamingo’s military stalwarts Levi, Seth, Colin and Kasey.
"Getting the chance to work with Dink Flamingo and Dirty Bird Pictures was certainly a worthwhile experience!" co-star Corrigan said. "It was a pleasure working with Kaden. He's certainly one of the sexiest co-stars I've had the pleasure of encountering on camera!"
The “whirlwind” shoot was shot by videographers Ross Cannon and Billy Wilder and included five scenes shot over a three-day period.
“We had car chases, foot chases,” Donner said. “We really wanted to have an action-thriller that made the audience stand up and say ‘Wow.’”
The plot revolves around amnesiac Saylor and his quest to find out why his memory is gone and who he really is — and the sex he has along the way. Saylor’s scenes include one with controversial newcomer Brent Corrigan, a threesome with Brant Moore and Seth and the explosive final scene with Mason Wyler.
Producer Steve Jerome said, “This film has one of the most well-rounded and diverse casts Dink Flamingo has ever assembled. This is the best possible vehicle for introducing Saylor, our newest superstar, to the gay porn industry.”
“The Porne Ultimatum” will be released as a two-disc DVD, including outtakes, behind the scenes, model interviews, commentary and extensive photo galleries.
According to Donner, the movie should be released in early 2008. What happened to December???
No surprise GayPorno would recognize the Bourne movies are ripe for parody, but hey Mike Donner I have another film in mind, and I think this one will work as a Porno Parody!

What about the Good Shepard? Well the first half is good but ultimately it's something of a misfire, although any true Matt Damon fan will have watched it and enjoyed this film.

Eye Candy
I have been told I am neglecting the eye candy, well I must rectify this omission. And in doing so this will be a teaser to a new Tuesday or Wednesday feature (that gives me some leeway)
In a blatant borrow (steal) from other Bloggers it will be called The Tuesday Twinkalicious or Humpy Wednesday! I could put a different spin on the mighty mouse thing. It could be the normal mouse is smart enough to get off the stupid treadmill early on. It just took the mighty mouse longer to figure out he was wasting his time. And on the female mice having baby mice at twice the normal age, really, think about it. Female human women can usually have babies until their mid thirties. Double that and you have 70 year old women getting pregnant. I have to wonder, by who? Put that mental image in your brain did I? Now try and get rid of it. :)

I agree with Pat Buchanan's assessment. Clearly former Rep. Curtis believes he did something shameful, but he doesn't want that skank, "Cody Castagna," to get away with extortion and remain on the street to victimize others. I fail to see why it is hypocritical to cast votes in the state legislature on public policy issues that have nothing to do with prostitution and extortion.
Geoff the public Hypocrisy of Sen Curtis and US Senator Craig comes from their voting agenda. Maintaing 2nd class status for Homosexuals and indeed Open Hostility to all Gay people WHILE engaging in Secret in homosexual activity.

Thanks for that observation D. I agree with Geoff that Pat's explanation was completely logical from a Christian point of view.
The media bias of having that airhead America blond come on to say nothing but try to assume authority over Pat was just too obvious. She had nothing to say and just wanted to tell Pat it was not his job to bail out Sen. Curtis, meaning she had no argument. The media bias in this is just overwhelming. It is presented as a GOP scandal but is in fact just an embarrassment for a local state senator, not even a U.S. Senator. He believes he screwed up. That is all that matters and he has acted appropriately and resigned. I can think of a certain impeached democratic president that did not resign and still does not admit to any wrong doing. Those are his beliefs in action. I hope those same beliefs are not the way the democratic party wants their presidents to conduct themselves. To somehow tie this in with the Republican party as a whole is just spin. Pat said it himself, 'Not all gays are in the democratic party.' I am a conservative that currently votes for the Constitution of the United States and against the socialism of the left. Right now that means I am a Republican.
Prostitution, extortion, pedophilia, extramarital sex, restroom hookups, etc., are not factors that define a person as being gay. The mainstream media and the democratic party like to spin things that way, but that is the main stream media and current democratic party.
Where does the Democratic leadership stand on giving drivers licenses to illegal aliens who have criminally invaded our country. That matters a little more to me than some local state official getting exploited by some male whore. We could ask one of the democratic Presidential candidates, couldn't we?

First I must disagree that it was media bias that brought the Air America person and Pat together for confrontation. It was their penchant for circus and theater. Neither of these people represents any more that fringe political elements in our society. If you think Pat Buchanan is main stream conservative I’m sorry you hold that opinion. To me he is a kook and miscreant. I’m not familiar with the other but suspect much the same of her. It is a simple device on the media’s part to bring two fringe thinkers together on a salacious issue to create attractive fireworks. Great infotainment! It’s great for the sponsors and great for future revenue. After all, the product they sell is not news but your eyeballs. Everyone must keep this in mind when they watch. I think the only reliable news program on American Television is The News Hour with Jim Lehrer.
As for State Senator Curtis, it’s hard to decide which is more credible, a male prostitute or a politician. Logic does suggest however, that a public official engaged in illegal clandestine sexual activities would be hesitant to contact police authorities unless he saw no other alternative. It is more in tune with occam’s razor that the senators wallet was stolen and he was then as a result extorted by the prostitute. Of course this could be incorrect.
As for the illegal alien issue, it is my belief that people who have the courage to get up and get out of a bad situation to do better are of a better caliber than most. It is also my belief that they should seek to do this legally. The way our disjointed federal bureaucracy, legislature and executive deals with these people is the real problem.
As for your attitude about Republicans over Democrats, I think they both leave very much to be desired as political parties. Also, how we label people leaves much to be desired as well. All these political classifications obscure what people really think. I have to go to Sci-Fi to get a clear explanation from Robert Heinlein. In his work “Time Enough for Love” he states his beliefs through his character Lazarus Long. I quote from the Second Intermission:
“Political tags----such as royalist. communist, democrat. populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth----are never basic criteria. The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire. The former are idealists acting from highest motives for the greatest good of the greatest number. The latter are surly curmudgeons, suspicious, and lacking in altruism.
